Fleet i24 is a 24-hour, seven-day truck tyre breakdown network for dealer partners. The network coordinates roadside support, connecting breakdown enquiries with a fitter and suitable replacement tyre.

Fleet i24 helps dealers support fleet customers nationally, with work carried out through the network’s dealers and under your own paperwork.

The network is supported by GB Tyres’ stockholding of 90,000 truck tyres and 20,000 bus and coach tyres, alongside our own delivery fleet.

We collect scrap tyres nationwide. GB Tyres hold waste carrier registration CBDU210568. Please check the waste carrier registration of any collector you use as part of your duty-of-care arrangements.

Coordinating take-back with deliveries helps you manage scrap tyre storage and disposal alongside your regular orders.

Our casing credit scheme helps dealers recover value from suitable retreadable casings.

The scheme is being introduced, with eligibility and credit values assessed case by case. Please contact the desk to confirm availability and terms for your account. Whether a casing is worth keeping is covered in the retread or replace guide.

Foam filling is available for suitable plant and site equipment, helping reduce puncture-related downtime in demanding environments such as landfill, scrap yards, demolition sites and quarries.

A filled assembly is substantially heavier, cannot be repaired and is unsuitable for higher speeds or road-going equipment. Confirm suitability for the machine and application before ordering. There is no published price — it depends on size, fill grade and volume. Send the sizes to the desk for a quote.

Our stock system is CAM Systems, and it has an API. We can supply data feeds and API access so your own website shows our range, with your pricing and your branding, rather than a static list you maintain by hand.

Data feeds can reduce manual catalogue updates and provide stock information for your website. Your developer will need to integrate the feed, so please contact the desk for the specification before starting development.

Point-of-sale support is available for the brands you stock — the material that goes in the reception area, on the counter and in the workshop. Clear product displays help customers compare options and support your team’s advice.

The Tyre Desk is open with no login: guides on reading a truck sidewall, load index and speed symbol, ply rating, IF and VF, OTR star ratings and rolling circumference, plus calculators and printable reference tables.
